Lou has spent her time developing her own knowledge and understanding of teaching and coaching strategies. Having completed a Post Graduate Award for Coaching in Driver Development from the University of East London, Lou has spent the last few years supporting other ADIs with their own in-car development. Over the last year Louise has specialised in Standards Check training. Louise also has a full diary of learner drivers.Louise Walsh has been supporting and training ADIs since the new Standards Check format came in in April 2014. Having sat in and observed over 60 Standards Checks over the last two years this makes her well placed to pass on information and advice, real life examples and suggestions on how to avoid the most common pitfalls.
